RATES FOR INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES

• Retainer to be set by investigtor and billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour.

• Waivers of Contract may be available for attorneys and rates may be adjusted per negotiation of rate.

RATES FOR PROCESS SERVICE

• Routine Local Service (Sumter County) with three (3) attempts= Call for current rate.
• Routine Service (Surrounding counties) with three (3) attempts= Call for current rate. 
• Expedited / Urgent Service= Call for current rate. 
• Out of area (50 mile radius)=Call for current rate.

Mileage is included in rates.  Rates are subject to change depending on circumstances and gas rates.
